Now, you can add your SMART Health Card to your favorite digital wallet with CommonHealth!
Adding your personal Covid-19 vaccine credential to Samsung or other Android devices is quick and easy with CommonHealth.
Google Pay
Download the CommonHealth app from the Google Play Store.
Follow instructions in the app to access your Covid-19 vaccine credential, by scanning or uploading a SMART Health QR code from a compatible issuer.
Once you have access to your Covid-19 vaccine credential within the CommonHealth app, click the “Save to phone” link. You can save the digital pass on your phone’s home screen and access it through Google Pay.
Tap on the digital pass on the home screen or open Google Pay and tap on “Covid-19 Vaccine Pass.”
Samsung Wallet (on Samsung devices)
Download the CommonHealth app from the Google Play Store.
Follow instructions in the app to access your Covid-19 vaccine credential, by scanning or uploading a SMART Health QR code from a compatible issuer.
Once you have access to your Covid-19 vaccine credential within the CommonHealth app, click the “Add to Samsung Wallet” link.
Open Samsung Wallet and click “Covid-19 Vaccine Pass” from the homepage. (See here for more information on Samsung Wallet’s Vaccine Pass)
CommonHealth only accepts SMART Health Cards at this time. Printed vaccination records that do not include a QR code, including CDC cards, cannot be processed by our system.
