The creative experience shapes our world and our well being.  We engage in creativity in a thousand ways, like acting, singing, painting, writing, gardening and cooking.  The artistic act gives us health and enhances our world. In Maine the long, mostly dark winters call on our creative faculties to keep up our spirits.
