May 15: Active Communities

The practices if eating well and exercising daily cost each of us time and money. Yet, the cost of getting fit is pennies against the staggering cost of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

Join our dialogue about ways to engage in physical activity, indoors and outdoors, and work off the winter layers for the coming of spring. The recipe is one part education, one part community design and one part fun.

We invite your calls and email with questions, comments and ideas for changing shape between mud and mosquitoes.
