December 21, 2011 Cooking up a Feast: Healthy Holidays and Morning After Recovery Plans
Between Thanksgiving and New Years we take in a lot of calories, fats, unatural combinations (marshmallows on sweet potatoes?). Cold weather, the winter solstice and the weight of our consumption further dampen our normal levels of physical activity. We'll talk with nutritionists and fitness trainers to plan some festive meals and rigorous activities that leave feeling better than we started.
