August 18: Food RevolutionIf you are what you eat, we might all look like ears of corn. The green revolution has dramatically increased production of corn, soybeans and wheat in the United States, and national policies have encourage large scale industrial farming. The health consequences have been mixed. Maine is leading the nation in efforts to rebuild local food system.
