August 18: Food Revolution

If you are what you eat, we might all look like ears of corn. The green revolution has dramatically increased production of corn, soybeans and wheat in the United States, and national policies have encourage large scale industrial farming. The health consequences have been mixed.

We invite your calls and email with questions and comments.
